Provides primary care, treatment and assessment services for individuals with opiate dependence in Richmond by a team of doctors, addiction counsellors, and social workers.

Services include substance use referrals and harm reduction services such as drug testing, take-home naloxone kits, safer sex and safer substance use supplies.
