Help Phone Lines

Provides emergency response to crisis calls related to mental health and or substance use situations or crisis concerns. The program pairs a mental health professional and a peer worker to provide trauma-informed, culturally safe support to youth and adults in Victoria.

Teams respond alongside or instead of police to help de-escalate situations and connect people to ongoing community services and supports.
