Help Phone Lines

Provides counselling to women who have experienced current or past relationship abuse, sexual assault, or physical, emotional or sexual abuse at any age. Support includes safety planning, finding safe housing, addressing past trauma and relationship patterns, referral options, and identifying and developing healthy intimate relationships.
