Offers drop-in programs for parents to engage with their children, and learn about child development, parenting techniques, and services available within the community.

Community outreach includes one-to-one support through the Strong Start program, and a community kitchen program that offers an opportunity for parents with young children to increase their knowledge of budgeting, cooking, and making healthy meals at a low cost.
