Offers a range of services and activities to promote the healthy development of infants and young children. Families of Aboriginal children are supported through culturally appropriate early childhood support programs and education to prevent health, social and mental health issues.

Family support includes advocacy, peer support, parenting skill development, life skills, and referrals to community services and activities.
