Description

Provides therapeutic support to youth and their families who are struggling with mental health issues and are currently not receiving services from the Delta Youth Mental Health Team. Counsellors' help youth develop effective ways to cope and manage their mental health concerns so they experience an improved quality of life. The program also supports families with connecting to other mental health community resources.
