When making a call, you are connected to a virtual care nurse who can provide assessment and advice on next steps, including being directed to the Fraser Health service that best meets your needs.

Provides access to mental health and substance use services and resources for the Interior Health region. When calling the MHSU Access Line you will be connected to your nearest mental health and substance use centre.
Support is available for ongoing substance use issues, mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, paranoia, and psychosis, or if you're unsure you need support.

Detox Referral Line - Access Central
Provides a detox and addiction housing referral line. Adults who require detoxification receive immediate screening by health care workers, who set up appointment times with the provider that most suits a client's needs.
Also provides housing information, screening, referral, and placement services for adult men and women who are dealing with substance use issues.
Richmond Mental Health Emergency Services
Provides emergency response to crisis calls related to mental health situations or crisis concerns in partnership with the Richmond RCMP and Vancouver Coastal Health.
A RCMP member and a clinical nurse specializing in mental health, work together to help de-escalate situations, provide crisis intervention and connect people to community services and supports.
