Help Phone Lines

Provides a multilingual, 24-hour phone service for seniors and their families in the Metro Vancouver area. The program provides information on transportation options such as transit, volunteer ride programs, and HandyDART as well as how to get a Compass Card, applying for HandyDART or HandyCARD, or what to expect when transitioning out of driving. Services are delivered by local agencies and TransLink.
