Telephone Counselling
Offers confidential toll-free telephone counselling and text-based support to help young people with challenges and or experiences they are facing. Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The program is staffed by trained professional counsellors with a wide variety of backgrounds including social work, psychology, sociology, and child and youth services.
Counselling Services
Provides low-cost individual, couple and family counselling by registered clinical counsellors or Masters level intern-counsellors training to become registered clinical counsellors. Topic areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, work-related concerns, conflict resolution, relationship and parenting concerns. Services available in-person or virtual sessions including telephone and video.

Stopping the Violence Counselling
Provides counselling to women who have experienced current or past relationship abuse, sexual assault, or physical, emotional or sexual abuse at any age. The program provides a safe place for women to make decisions that feel right for them, learn coping skills, and regain a sense of safety and control.
Youth Counselling and Family Support
Provides counselling to young people between 12 - 25 years of age through the Youth Addictions Outreach Worker. Includes screening, assessment, ongoing treatment counselling and/or referrals to detox, and residential treatment resources. Additional services provided to the community include parent support, interactive school presentations and rapid response to school based incidents involving alcohol and other drugs and community consultations. Serves the Kamloops and Merritt communities.
Live Chat Counselling
Offers confidential one-to-one real time counselling to help young people with challenges and or experiences they are facing. A counsellor is available through live chat on the web, or on the Always There app.

Indigenous Detox Support Workers
Provides support to Indigenous clients with the transition from withdrawal towards a drug-free lifestyle. Clients work with a support worker to create a client treatment and or aftercare plan that is suitable to their personal needs.
Plans typically include basic necessities such as food and shelter, and connecting clients to appropriate community services such as justice related services, traditional healing, residential treatment programs, day treatment, and support services. The program also includes client peer support and educational groups, on-going follow up, and connections to other services as needed.

The program offers safety skills and strategies, and supports children to understand they are not at fault for abusive action of others.
Grief and Bereavement Care
Provides education, support and counselling services to individuals, families and groups who are grieving the death of a loved one or coping with a life-threatening illness. Support is offered through a holistic approach with emphasis placed on healing both within and between families.
Programs include individual and family grief and bereavement counselling, as well as family therapeutic camps, a community choir and educational workshops.
